Effective · Version 1.0

In plain language

The third parties that touch customer data when we process it on your behalf, what each one does, and where. We give 30 days’ notice before adding to this list, so you have time to object.

This summary is a reading aid. The text below is the document that applies.

This list forms part of the data processing addendum. It covers processing ProxyHive carries out on its customers’ behalf. Providers we use for our own purposes as a controller, such as payment processors, email delivery and analytics, are described in the privacy policy.

1. Current subprocessors

  • Amazon Web Services: hosting of the platform, databases and connection metadata, in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Upstream network operators: carriage of proxied traffic, receiving only the connection data needed to route it, located in the countries where the exit addresses the customer selects are located.

2. Notice of changes

We give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, by updating this page and emailing the account owner. You may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period, as the data processing addendum describes.
