Both lines sit on consumer networks. Residential rotates through a pool and bills by traffic; ISP gives you fixed addresses and bills by the IP.

Residential pricing, answered
Do sticky sessions cost more than rotating traffic?
No. Session behaviour is set in the credential, and both modes draw on the same gigabyte balance at the rate your order earned.
What happens when I run out?
Requests stop until you top up. Place another order at whatever size suits you; it is priced on the ladder at its own size and joins the same balance.
Can I pay extra for country targeting on residential?
No, and nobody will try to sell it to you. Residential has no location selection today. ISP and datacenter are ordered by country, region and city.
How is Residential billed?
Per gigabyte of traffic, at the rate your order size earns, from a balance that never expires.
What is the smallest Residential order?
1 GB, with a $10 minimum top-up to the account.
