The usual trick is a headline rate that needs an annual prepay, with location, session type and billing cycle added on the way to the card form. Our receipt prints one figure twice.
The other side of the receipt belongs on a page that names the vendor, cites their pricing page and dates the check. Side-by-side comparisons do that.

Questions
Pricing, answered
Is there a minimum order?
No. Buy one gigabyte or one IP. The only floor is the $10 minimum top-up, and a balance you do not spend stays on the account without expiring.
Does the price change at checkout?
No. The calculator, the order form and the invoice show the same figure for the same order. Location, session type and protocol are not surcharges. Optional speed upgrades on the dedicated plan are priced in the order form, before you pay.
How long is my rate locked?
12 months from the day you buy. If the list price falls below your locked rate in that time, you move down to it. A list price rise in that time does not reach you.
Does unused traffic expire?
No. There is no monthly reset. Traffic you paid for stays on the account until you use it.
How do volume discounts work?
They are automatic and depend only on the size of the order. Reach a rung and the lower rate applies to the whole order, not only the units above the threshold.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get 1 GB to test against their own targets before paying anything.
Can I get a refund?
Money you have not spent comes back, and so does money for anything we failed to deliver. It goes back to where it came from: your card or PayPal account, or, for cryptocurrency, the wallet you paid from, and to a bank account in your own name only if that can no longer receive it. Traffic you have used and IP terms that have run are not refundable. The full refund policy is at proxyhive.io/legal/refunds.
Do I need a contract or a sales call?
