Pricing, answered
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can buy 1 GB or a single IP. The only floor is a $10 minimum account top-up, and any balance you do not spend stays on the account without expiring.
- Does the price change at checkout?
- No. The estimator, the checkout page and the invoice all show the same figure. There is no geo-targeting add-on, no session-type surcharge and no protocol upcharge.
- How long is my price locked?
- 12 months from the day you buy. If our published price falls below your locked rate during that period, you move down to the lower one automatically — the lock only ever works in your favour.
- Does unused traffic expire?
- No. There is no monthly reset. Bandwidth you have paid for stays on your account until you spend it.
- Do I need a contract or a sales call?
- No. Everything on this page is self-serve. Sign up, top up, and you are making requests in a couple of minutes.
- How do volume discounts work?
- They are automatic and based on volume alone — no commitment, no annual prepay. Cross a tier threshold and the lower unit price applies to the whole order.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused prepaid balance is refundable within 30 days of the top-up, less any traffic already spent. Contact support and a person handles it.
