What does ProxyHive cost?
Residential is $5.50/GB, falling to $1.75/GB at 1,000 gigabytes. ISP is $3.20/IP (dedicated), falling to $1.50/IP at 500 IPs. Datacenter is $1.90/IP (dedicated), falling to $0.89/IP at 500 IPs. The Scraper API and Unblocker API are coming soon and not on sale yet. The smallest top-up is $10.
Can I buy a single ISP proxy?
Yes. The smallest ISP order is 1 IP: one dedicated IP at $3.20/IP a month. You choose the carrier before you pay, and there is no pack to buy first.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for money you have not spent. Unused paid balance is refundable while your account is in good standing, and so is an order we failed to deliver, if you tell us within 14 days. A refund goes back where the money came from: card and PayPal payments to the same card or account, cryptocurrency in the same coin to the wallet it was sent from, less the network fee. If you paid from an exchange, show us its withdrawal record and we send it to a wallet you control instead. If the card or PayPal account can no longer take a refund, it goes by bank transfer to an account in your own name, after an identity check. Never as balance credit. Traffic you have used and IP terms that have run are not refundable. The refund policy has the detail.
What happens if I break the policy?
Unless the law obliges us to act at once, you get an email first, describing what we saw and what needs to change. Where we do have to restrict something, we restrict the specific target or sub-user and leave the rest of the account running. If an account is terminated, its unused paid balance goes back to where it came from less the traffic spent on the breach, with no window to ask within, unless it was paid for fraudulently. You can appeal to a person.
