ISP proxy price comparison: price per IP at 1, 5, 10 and 20 IPs, and what you pay per IP you use

This ISP proxy price comparison lines up the price per IP that four vendors listed on 2026-09-29, at 1, 5, 10 and 20 IPs and at each vendor's smallest plan. Listed dedicated rates ranged from $2.5/IP on large plans to $3.5/IP on 10 IPs, and shared IPs were $1.60/IP. The number that decides what you pay is the effective price per IP you use: the plan price divided by the addresses you put to work. A 10 IP plan at $3.5/IP costs $35 a month even if you need one.

#The vendors and pages we read

We use the same five vendors as our provider comparisons. Four of them list ISP proxies with prices; for SOAX we have no ISP figures, because the pricing page we read covers residential and mobile traffic.

An ISP proxy is a static address registered to a consumer internet provider but hosted on server hardware, which is why vendors also call it a static residential proxy. If that is new, what is an ISP proxy explains it first.

Each cell is the price per IP the vendor listed for a plan of that size. "No plan" means the smallest plan on the page is larger than that quantity. "Not stated on the page we read" means the page did not list that size when we read it.

Our rates are per IP for a 30-day term, read from the ISP ladder that checkout uses; the volume discount starts at 5 IPs and the ladder falls to $1.50/IP at the top, and our Decodo and Bright Data comparisons print our 10 IP rate beside theirs.

#Price per IP you use: divide by what you need

A per-IP rate is a rate for the plan size, not for your order. If the smallest plan is bigger than your need, divide the plan price by the IPs you will use:

IPRoyal is left out of this table because the page we read gave a starting price without the quantity it applies to. If one proxy can be bought at $2.70 for 30 days, it is the lowest single-IP figure on any page here; check the configurator for your country before relying on it.

Two things the table shows. First, the smaller your need, the more a minimum costs you: at one IP, the effective price on a 10 IP plan is ten times its per-IP rate. Second, at 10 IPs and up the minimums stop mattering and the ladders decide. That is where comparing listed rates is fair, and where Oxylabs' shared rate is hard to beat if sharing suits the job.

#Dedicated vs shared: compare like with like

A dedicated IP carries only your traffic. A shared IP is used by several customers at once; Oxylabs' plan and our shared plan both allow up to 3. Sharing is why $1.60/IP sits so far below the dedicated rows: you are buying a third of an address's reputation.

#Terms, billing and traffic

Terms change the yearly bill more than a few cents on the rate. On a 365-day term our monthly rate is 20% lower than on 30 days, and the term discount stacks with the volume discount. The trade-off is paying up front: a monthly plan elsewhere can be stopped after one month, and a 365-day term here is a year's commitment for that address. Pick the term by how long the address must stay the same; an allowlisted IP that changes after a month is a support ticket for whoever maintains the allowlist.

#Where other vendors win

• Shared IPs at 10. Oxylabs' $1.60/IP for 10 shared IPs, with bandwidth unlimited under fair usage, is cheaper per address than our dedicated rate at 10. If sharing an IP with up to 3 users is acceptable, it is a fair buy.
• A one-day rental. IPRoyal lists a 24-hour ISP option from $1.80 per proxy. We do not sell terms shorter than 30 days.
• Month-to-month flexibility. Decodo, Bright Data and Oxylabs bill monthly. Our longer terms are cheaper per month but paid up front.

#Methodology

1. Every vendor figure was read on 2026-09-29 from the vendor's public ISP pricing page, in US dollars, and stored with the URL, the date and the text on the page that shows the number.
2. Cells marked "not stated on the page we read" were not listed on that page on that date. The vendor may sell that size through a configurator or a sales contact.
3. The effective-price table is our arithmetic on the listed plan prices, rounded to the cent. Nothing else on this page is derived.
4. ProxyHive figures come from the live catalogue that checkout reads.
5. We re-read these pages whenever we update this page or the comparison pages. If a date here is more than three months old, treat the figure as stale and follow the link.
